The health of your patients depends on quality control

The diagnosis and treatment of critically ill patients often depend on the results of the blood samples.

Test results must reflect the current status of the patient and not be related to analyser variability or bias. Therefore, all clinical analysers should regularly measure on QC materials with predefined values to evaluate and document the performance of the analyser.

In addition, the built-in system checks of the analysers must be run on an ongoing basis to verify that the analytical system is always performing optimally.
