Helping to detect circulatory problems before any organs are affected

Vascular diagnostics and wound care

Radiometer’s transcutaneous monitors provide information on the oxygen supply to the tissue

Changes in oxygen uptake, transport or release are reflected by the tcpO2 value, helping to detect circulatory problems before any organs are affected.

Non-invasive transcutaneous monitoring of the oxygen supply to tissue (oxygenation/microcirculation and perfusion of the skin) is a valuable and proven diagnostic tool for critical limb ischemia detection, wound care treatment optimisation and optimal amputation level determination.

In addition, transcutaneous monitoring of the oxygen supply to the tissue is useful in post-surgery wound healing evaluation, hyperbaric oxygen treatment monitoring and free flap survival optimisation.
